Our Volunteer Philosophy
We value our volunteers high in regard, we are a huge club and its important all volunteers follow club guidelines, policies, best practice and rules to be part of the club with the mindset of being a effective and efficient volunteer for Mill Hill Juniors.


Our Parent Philosophy
To be part of a team is a commitment, we require top commitment to give our volunteer coaches the best experience which spreads through the club and creates a fun and enjoyable experience for all. All parents to adhere to club code of conduct.

Training
All teams train once a week with their team and we use good venue’s ensuring all children are safe and coaches can deliver the best session possible. Teams will take part in sessions in relation to the term topic selected by the coaches.
Match Days
We are predominately a Sunday league club, however we do have a handful of teams who play in the Saturday league. We are loyal to the well run ELFA & ADJFL leagues who do a great job in supplying us a platform to deliver organised fixture football.
Home Venues
We aim to give our players and coaches the best possible home venues to be proud of and ensure our club ethos is paramount.

All lead coaches are FA/UEFA qualified coaches, in date safeguard trained, first aid trained, DBS checked & hold a FA coaches licence.
All assistant coaches are DBS checked and asked to work towards their FA coaching qualifications. |
